Our Founder

PINKed Fund was founded by Irma Surya. Irma is a lawyer, tech entrepreneur and philanthropist. Over the past 16 years Irma has provided legal advice and services to early-late-stage ventures, family offices, conglomerates, as well as corporates that are already publicly traded. She has an educational background in corporate law, work experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), project finance, risk management, structuring, running businesses and being a founder in Indonesia and Singapore. She was a partner in a boutique firm and has worked as lawyer in one of Indonesia’s prominent law firms called Ali Budiardjo, Nugroho, Reksodiputro (ABNR) Counsellors at Law as well as the German firm called Luther LLP. Her passion goes to serving old, young and rapidly scaling ventures in a variety of industries. She also acts as a legal soundboard for founders and startup ventures. For 4 years Irma was actively running Plato, the one-stop-shop legal platform for Indonesian business.

Over the past 7 years Irma has been actively acting as an independent professional service provider and supporter for Fortune Global 500 companies, private equity, family office and venture capital, providing a range of trust, escrow and fiduciary, corporate and legal services focused on alternative and cross-border investments throughout Southeast Asia.

Irma holds the Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya (2003 – 2007, graduated Cum Laude).
